There are a few ways to change your ATM/Debit card PIN.
- Net Banking
- ATM Machine
- Visiting bank
- Customer Care
Net banking
a) Login to Netbanking for your bank.
b) Go to the cards section.
c) Select PIN Generation
d) Reset you PIN
ATM Machine
a) Visit the ATM centre of your bank
b) Swipe the ATM/Debit card.
c) Select the option “PIN change”
d) Enter the registered mobile number.
e) Enter the OTP received in registered mobile number.
d) Then change the pin.
Visit your Bank
a) Go to your bank.
b) Fill the ATM pin change form and submit.
c) ATM pin will be sent in a courier to your address.
Customer Care through IVR.
a) Call the customer care number of your bank.
b) Navigate to the option of changing the PIN number.
c) Confirm yourself with the verification details requested.
c) Then change the ATM PIN number when prompted
